Viva Vina Signs Agreement for the Development of the Guri World Design Center

Viva Vina, Inc met in Seoul, South Korea at the agreement signing for the development of the Guri World Design Center. The three party agreement was signed between Guri City mayor Young Sun Park, Steve Lim Chairman and CEO of Viva Vina, Inc located in Los Angeles, California, and Chang Kuk Ko, president of K&C Associates of Seoul, South Korea. The three parties will work together for the future development of this extraordinary project.

The team is currently working with and providing essential information to the South Korean Federal Government. Government officials will use all available information to make the decision relating to the release of the protected land area proposed for the development of the NCD 2015 project including the Guri World Design Center.

The purpose of this development is to attract foreign business and investment to take advantage of the growing consumer markets of Asia, including Korea, Japan, China, Russia, and others. From Seoul, a business is within a 2-hour flight time of 1 billion people in the Asian market including Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, and Vladivostok. The new development will be a “Special Foreign Investment Zone” where international businesses will enjoy several benefits. This new development area will include residential zones, luxury hotels, shopping areas, state-of-the-art convention center, theatres, parks, and several other entertainment attractions.
