NCD Advisory Board Meets in Beverly Hills
South Korea is embarking on its first major design center and the advisory board for the development of the project recently met in Beverly Hills, California.
The Nature, Culture and Design (NCD) 2015 International Advisory Board was created with intention of providing guidance throughout the development process. Steve Lim, Chairman and CEO of Viva Vina, Inc of Los Angeles stated, “We are very happy to be involved in the amazing NCD 2015 International Advisory Board to advise in the development of one of the largest mixed-use projects in the world. The Guri World Design Center will ultimately provide the services, resources, and ideal location necessary for businesses and consumers to come together and engage in the rapidly growing Asian market.”
Viva Vina remains committed as one of the key members in the development of this outstanding project. The development continues to gain momentum as the NCD Advisory Board awaits the decision from the Federal Government of South Korea to release the proposed land area for development. “We are hopeful release of the land area will occur in fourth quarter 2012”, stated Mr. Lim.
