International Investor Consortium Meeting
International investors met at the InterContinental Hotel in Century City, California to discuss one of the world’s largest planned urban development projects. The development is referred to as the Nature, Culture, and Design (NCD) 2017 Guri World Design Center (GWDC) project, planned for Guri City, South Korea. Investors learned that Guri City provides ideal real-estate along the majestic Han River which is conveniently located in the greater Seoul metropolitan area. 25 million people live in the Seoul metro area and the development is located within a 2 hour flight time of an additional 1 billion potential visitors.
Over the past decades Korea has risen to one of the most economically stable countries in the world. Leading companies like Samsung, Hyundai, and POSCO are just a few of the top Korean brands with major global impact. An area of focus that provides immense opportunity in Korea and throughout Asia is the hospitality and design industry. Through the development of this multi-billion dollar project, international companies will have the opportunity to access the growing consumer markets of Asia more readily. The development not only provides great opportunity for international hospitality and design companies but also investors looking to participate in the development of the project.
As a lead development partner for the project, Viva Vina is actively working with several international investors and has funding commitments of $7 billion. If you are an investor looking for an opportunity to be involved in the most exciting urban development project in the world it is not too late, please contact Viva Vina at [email protected] with any questions regarding the GWDC development project.
