Beef Export
The Viva Vina team is working with Mexican cattle producers to streamline beef production for export to multiple international markets. This includes working with ranchers where young cattle are raised, working with feedlots where cattle are grown and fattened, and also working with processing plants where cattle are killed, processed, and packaged. Involvement in all three phases enables Viva Vina the opportunity to provided consistent high quality beef.
According to a study done by Oklahoma State University, since 2009, U.S. beef imports from Mexico have seen a sharp increase. Mexico now represents the fourth largest beef importer to the United States. The rise of exports to other international destinations is also increasing. Viva Vina believes there are many opportunities available now to partner with Mexican beef producers and export to several destinations globally.
