NCD International Advisory Board Meeting – Las Vegas, Nevada
The Nature, Culture, and Design (NCD) Project continues to make progress in Korea. Recently, the the group held board meetings in Las Vegas, Nevada to discuss project progress and future planning. The board focused on several key topics including project branding, scope of work for development management, master plan architect selection, tenant attraction for the Guri World Design Center (GWDC), and the facility and restaurant launching strategy.
It is important to note Guri City is an ideal location to build a design hub and destination city in Asia. Sixty percent of the world’s population is within a six-hour flight from Guri City. Some of the largest economies in the world are found in Northeast Asia including China, Korea, Japan, Russia, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The most renowned and internationally known urban planning, architecture, and interior design firms accommodate most of the development projects in Asia. As a result of this, the largest design market is located in Asia. The NCD Project and the GWDC will serve as an access point for international businesses and the growing market opportunities found throughout Asia.
